08-08-2008 10:01 AM -- By: Sue, From: Mi I was just looking at the online memorials to get some ideas on how to write one for my dad when I clicked Ron's. I read a little at first just to see how you started and then I was hooked. I read about a man's life and his death. I am so sorry for your loss. It sure sounds like Ron enjoyed his life here on earth and he served his country proud. I wish more men could be like him.

What a wonderful memorial to your dad and husband! As we read it and viewed the photos, we were truly moved by your heartfelt memories of Ron and how he touched so many people. It is clear that he was an exeptional person, a wonderful dad and husband, and a true patriot.
Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and that you have our sympathy and sincere condolences.
One never forgets the loss of a loved one, but somehow time does help one heal. Remember the good times that you had while Ron was with you and know that you will see him again in heaven.
Love,
Bruce and Carol Pihlstrom
