I never knew Colin but am a friend of his son, Martin. Looking at this site though makes me realise one thing and that is that this life is all about family and belonging. Even a complete outsider like me can see that Colin belonged to his family and friends and for that they should all be thankful. People are never gone from us unless we allow the pain of thinking of them to let them be gone and I KNOW that all who loved you Colin will NEVER let that happen so I can leave your website a happy man. Love to all the family - Tony xx

so sorry I didn't think about writing in the book. Colins was always so very kind and encouraging when we ran together. And it was such a lovely suprise to bump into him again at the Grove. I will remember him with great fondness.

I am so sorry for your loss. I didn't know Colin but he seems like such a good person. May God Bless you and your family through this difficult time.

My darling daddy, doesn't feel real that you have left us. So glad you are now resting in peace.

My favourite memory of you and I will always be us making cement together in the warm summer evenings at Wellis Gardens. By the garages, making cement for all the walls he liked making!!! Ah, lovely warm memories. Miss you already x

Daddy left us less than a week ago and no words can describe how that makes me feel.

He was a wonderful Daddy and Grandad and he will be missed very much.

My daddy died this week .  Some days I laugh a lot and some days I cry a lot.  But when I think of my Dad, I think of biscuits! XXXXXXX
