This online memorial was created in loving memory of Mark Tuz, whose life story is told throughout this memorial website. Please sign Mark's guest book and let us know you came to visit. We will remember Mark forever.

Our son Mark Alan was one of the kindest, most gentle souls God has ever created. He loved cats, and all animals. Mark would do anything for those he cared about.

When Mark was a toddler, and as he grew up, he was a very quiet, shy little boy. But around those he felt comfortable with, he was funny. He had a wonderful sense of humor, and could get silly with the best of them. At age 5, Mark accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Mark went to church most of his life and knew the truth of the Gospel. Because of what Christ did for all of us, we know that our son is now safely in Heaven, with Christ. And we know that we will be reunited with him one day. And for that, we are MOST thankful.

Mark played the trumpet in elementary school, and was very good at it. In 8th grade, Mark took up playing the drums. We knew Mark was a drummer because he "drummed" on anything and everything, with his fingers and hands. Mark turned out to be an excellent drum player. He played for a few years, then kind of drifted away from it. If God needs drummers in Heaven, we have no doubt that Mark is happily drumming right now.

Mark became a proud uncle to Daniel, on 10/2/08. When his sister was in labor, he showed up at the hospital, ready to wait out his nephews' arrival. And he did. Mark loved Daniel very much, and although Mark won't see his nephew grow up on earth, we believe he'll be watching from Heaven, and we know that Mark is and always will be proud of Daniel.

Mark has one sister Sarah. They are only 18 months apart in age. Sarah can't remember life without Mark. She loves him now and always; even though she'll have to live her life here without Mark, again, we believe Mark will be watching his sister from Heaven, and is awaiting the reunion he will have with her someday.

We are Mark's parents. We are heartsick without our precious boy, our only son. We love him. Yes, LOVE, not loved. Our love for Mark will NEVER die. And until we are reunited with him, our lives will always have a piece missing. Our hearts too. When Mark went to Heaven, he took part of our hearts with him. We look forward to the day when we will join him in Heaven, and spend eternity with him, praising our Lord.
