Dad and Mom

Our Dad  was a Good Man and a Great  Father to his 3 Sons, Robert Jr. Michael, & David. He loved his Wife Carmela  to the ends of the earth. A  Family Man who always was there for us, like getting in the car and taking day trips to the Mountains on the weekends or  Family Get Togethers every Sunday.  We can always think back to the Summer Vacations at the Jersey Shore and never wanting to leave.

Dad was a Teamster Trucker for most his life but started out working at Lakehurst Naval Base after he got out of the Navy in the late 50's  when we were living in South Jersey .  We then moved to Bogota/Little Ferry where my brothers and I grew up through the 60 & 70's. GOOD TIMES !!!  Dad always made the time to coach all 3 of us in Little League. I learned a lot of the household fixings { electrical & plumbing } and  working on cars from Dad . He always took the time to show me how to do it the right way....                                                                                                                  

  Dad and Mom continued their Sunday family get togethers even as we 3 sons got older and moved on with our lives. They always enjoyed a Sunday walk around Hudson County Park and would stop at White Castle on the way home. There are a lot of memories we can look back upon and we are thankful for them. June 30th 1998 is a date that changed Dads' life forever after Moms' Passing. For the next 12 years Mom was at Dads' side even though she was not here, right to the end. His Love for her did not lessen after her passing.  He did however enjoy spending time with his beloved  grandchildren, Stephanie, Christopher and Michael Jr. who He Loved Greatly.  His last couple of years here due to heart  surgery and other various illnesses were not the best for him, and on June 13th, 2010 ( Marcs' Birthday)  he joined Mom, who I'm sure greeted him with open arms.... and  knowing  he is happily reunited with Mom now gives us some peace. We will miss You & Mom 4 Ever Dad
