happy Birthday Mommy. I love and miss you.
This online memorial was created in loving memory of Jill Schwanke, whose life story will be told throughout this memorial website. Please sign Jill's guest book and let us know you came to visit.
Jill's daughter would like for those of you who knew her to email your pictures and stories about Jill to firstname.lastname@example.org so that they can be included here and shared with those who didn't have the opportunity to know Jill.
This site is meant to be a permanent memorial to Jill, and it is meant for all who knew and loved her.
The poem under the photo on the left is the Desiderata. Growing up, I remember mom looking for it, and hanging it beside her bed. She tried to get me to memorize it, but I was a bit stubborn (wonder where I got THAT from!), and wouldn't. Well. Some. Everytime I have thought of my mother for many years, the first line of this poem has come to mind. Turns out a LOT more of it than I ever thought sunk in.
