Peggy's faith is what guided and protected her throughout her life. This past holiday season Peggy participated in the novena in Honor of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. She asked Anne, her granddaughter and caregiver, to help her write down her intentions as she dictated them. In her continuous generosity her intentions were all offered to her children, especially those who are going through some challenges in their life. But she also asked, that her "children return to their faith."

While Anne was helping Eileen, one of Peggy's 4 daughters, pack to move back from North Carolina, she found Peggy's mother, Nanny's prayer book. We open it to the following prayer:

Prayer for the Conversion of Unbelievers

"O Holy Spirit of truth, we beseech Thee t enlighten the minds of unbelievers in the midst of us; to incline their hearts to love Thy word, and to believe the teachings of Thy Church; give them courage to accept the faith and openly profess it; that they may come into union with Thee and the Father, through Christ our Lord, Who liveth and reigneth, forever and ever. Amen"

Peggy and her mother's faith and prayers live through us even from beyond. We welcome you to share your stories of Peggy's devotion and experience with the miracles she witnessed throughout her life.
